I saw this cool product on www.babysteals.com yesterday. It is called slurp & burp. I thought it was really cute because a lot of women can be self conscious about breastfeeding in public (not me!!) and this takes away from the possible anxiety felt because it makes sure everything is covered without covering baby! Thought it might be helpful to someone.

That does look pretty cool. And it looks like it might actually be useful if you have pukey kids (as mine tended to be), unlike those cape things. I'd like to see one IRL.

I have an addiction to finding really good bargains online. No, really, I do. :) The bargain website is one I check out daily. Along with many other bargain websites.

Wow, that's actually a neat product!  Usually breastfeeding coverups just irritate me--no, I will not place myself in a trendy-looking-Amy-Butler-printed-tent to nurse my child, thank you very much! (Nor am I impressed when other people do it...get over the self-loathing and buying into other people's values, mama, and just NURSE YOUR CHILD like the universe intended.)  But actually this wrap thing seems neat.  Kind of like a blanket that stays put.   I *did* use a blanket to nurse sometimes, because hey, although I was not ashamed of what I was doing, I truly was not interested in anyone seeing my saggy, stretch-marked boobs.  This seems like a nice product that takes care of the desire for modesty without tenting off the child from the rest of the world like they are doing something wrong in there.

Mama to DD 03/28/2006 and two dear kitties.
